3. Upon booking your appointment using our booking tool, you will receive an email confirming your tutoring session which will include your Zoom Link.
⇒ Any changes to your appointment can be made by clicking on the “Manage This Appointment” button a the bottom of your confirmation email. Rescheduling or cancelling can be done up to 24 hours before your appointment time.
4. If you have specific homework questions you would like to cover, send a picture of them to your tutor at least an hour before your appointment.
⇒ Why? Sending homework questions or other material ahead of time means your tutor has access to all the content you need to cover before your appointment starts. This ensures your tutor can use all the time in your session to cover your material without having to wait for anything to be sent.
You can do this by:
Sending an email to your tutor or,
Clicking on the “Manage This Appointment” button at the bottom of your confirmation email and sending a message to your tutor via the “chat” function of the booking tool.

During Your Online Tutoring Session
5. Prior to your appointment you will receive an email reminding you of your appointment. When it’s time for your online tutoring session just click on the Zoom Link and follow Zoom’s prompts to launch the virtual classroom.
6. Make sure to enter the Meeting ID and Password given in the email to access the classroom.
⇒ Why? We use a meeting ID and password sign-in to our classrooms to make sure that you and your tutor are the only people allowed access to your session.

After Your Appointment
8. After your appointment you will be sent a copy of the whiteboard used during your tutoring session by email and by the booking tool’s chat so you can review what was covered.
